2024 Quail Brook Maintenance Schedule

Aeration – course is closed all day Monday, April 15th

Regular Course Maintenance –2nd Monday of every month-course is closed until 12:00 pm

Monday, May 13th , June 10th , July 8th , August 12th,

Pro Shop is open 7:00am - 6pm Monday- Sunday, weather permitting

Dress Code

Men must wear a shirt with a collar.
Women must wear a shirt with a collar or one with sleeves.
Jeans and denim are not permitted on the golf course.
The complete dress code is displayed in the Pro Shop.

*TEE TIME SERVICE UPDATE:
The Tee Time Service will no longer work with Internet Explorer. The Tee Time Service will function with Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

No chipping or pitching permitted to the Putting Green

90 Degree Cart Rule unless otherwise stated by the Pro Shop

The Practice Range is Closed every Wednesday by 2pm for maintenance Thursday morning.

If you have a reserved tee time, please arrive at the pro shop at least 20 minutes before your Tee Time.

TEE TIME CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the responsibility of the tee time subscriber to cancel or modify group sizes no later than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. These cancellations or modifications can be made on line, by calling the call center 1 (800) 767-3574 or by calling the course directly or emailing at www.quailbrookgolf.com/contactus/

Failure to comply with this policy will result in the subscriber incurring a $10 per person penalty, suspension from the tee time service and/or suspension from appropriate registration status.

Gas carts are asked to follow the 90 degree rule when applicable. 90 DEGREE Rule- Stay on cart path as long as possible then cross the fairway to your golf ball at a 90 degree angle. Return to the cart path the same way to minimize turf wear and tear.

GREENS WILL BE AERATED IN THE SPRING 2023!
